This page is dedicated to keeping the Noise Volunteers up to date. We will be putting up regular information updates, letters, information packs and other bits and bobs to make sure that you are fully prepared for the day!

Timetable

Here is a timetable of the day. The start at 9:00 is really important for registration and a time of worship together so please arrive on time.

09:00-10:00 Volunteer registration (Eynsham Baptist Church)
10:00-12:30 Morning activities (Various locations)
12:30-13:30 Lunch (Eynsham Baptist Church)
13:30-16:30 Afternoon activities (Various locations)
15:00-19:00 Free BBQ and party (Eynsham Church Square)

We have made registering for this years project so much easier. All you have to do is fill in the following form and submit it and we will have you signed up! It is important to get volunteers signed up as soon as possible so that we can plan the size of the project. So please sign up soon if you can take part.

If you are in a church small group (bible study group) which is volunteering as a complete group, then there is no need to register again. Your small group leader will do this for you. If you are not in a small group or your group has decided not to volunteer as a team but you still want to get involved, then you can register by submitting the form below.

Creche

For those of you who are volunteering and have very young children, we have a creche specially set up so that you can leave your children with peace of mind. Please email us prior to the event to let us know how many people you intend on leaving at the creche so we can organise enough carers.
